1. Services
Memoo Tavera provides tattoo services and related appointment scheduling and communications in San Jose, California.
2. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to receive tattoo services and to opt in to our SMS program.
3. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile number and checking a consent box on our form, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Memoo Tavera.
- Program description: transactional messages — booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and follow-up alerts. Promotional messages are a separate, optional opt-in.
- Message frequency: may vary based on your appointments and interactions with us.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
- Opt-out: you can cancel at any time. Simply reply STOP. After you send "STOP", we will confirm and stop sending SMS messages. You can opt back in at any time.

- Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent: your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.
4. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile information or SMS opt-in/consent data with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Appointments & Deposits
Appointments are confirmed with a deposit, which is applied to the final price of the piece. Deposit and rescheduling terms are confirmed during the consultation.
6. Acceptable Use & Liability
You agree to provide accurate information and to use our site and services lawfully. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Memoo Tavera is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services.
7. Changes & Contact
